Why Personalization Matters Especially

  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Peter Kelly: Big shoutout to Ali Sanders and Lumina Solar! Without Ali, we wouldn’t have made the decision to go solar. She not only guided us through the entire process and timeline but also took the time to educate us on solar power itself, which put us at ease. Ali went above and beyond, accommodating our work schedules and making herself available late into the evening to answer our questions. She truly went the extra mile every step of the way. Thank you!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Bob Seltzer: From beginning to end the solar project with Lumina was completed without a hitch. Peter Hayes our sales was excellent and kept us in the loop. Their pricing is competitive, and installation was done in one day. We have had the panels for over one year now without any issues. We are saving money on our electric bill.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Scott A. Walseman: This past spring I started to explore options for solar power. I spent time researching different companies and settled on Lumina Solar PA. I reached out and within a day had a return call and we discussed my solar needs. Jack Wood then worked up a solar plan and recontacted me about my options and cost. He spent time going over all the details, specs, and pricing. He also offered several options for financing. He then coordinated a roof engineer inspection. Once I made a decision to proceed the Lumina project team took over to handle all the permits, local, power company, and worked to keep the project on track. The installers were the best, really personable and ensured that any and all questions I had were addressed. They completed the install in 2 days. Final inspection was flawless. The entire experience was extremely smooth and pleasant. If you’re considering solar, you should explore Lumina Solar Pa, you won’t regret it.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Jessica Ott: We researched many solar companies and received quotes from several. We decided to use Lumina because of their price and the product itself was better. Our sales rep, Courtney, was amazing to work with and very responsive. The entire process start to finish was very easy. Our solar panels were installed in March 2024 and so far we are very pleased with their production. April was our first full month using solar and we haven't paid our electric company for electric since March. We have produced enough electric with our solar panels. I am sure in the winter we will still have an electric bill, but if I only have to pay for electric for 4 or so months out of the year I am totally cool with that. We were paying Met-Ed $450+/month for electric! We are definitely pleased with our decision to go solar and use Lumina!! I highly recommend Courtney 🙂.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Robert Smith: Gabriel Shabtai met with me at my house and spent over an hour custom designing a solar system that would meet our objectives. He was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Gabriel and Lumina Solar for anyone interested in installing a solar power system. R. Smith
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by marika zadva: Working with Lumina Solar on my project was easy and stress-free. The team was very responsive throughout, answered my questions and explained everything step by step. The installation went smoothly and although we failed the first county inspection, Lumina came out quickly to rectify the issues and pass the inspection. The only thing I wish I had asked for is for Lumina to blow all the debris off the roof after the installation and do a careful clean-up around the house. My gutter guards were covered in asphalt pebbles and there were bits of wire, etc. from the installation. Having that cleaned up better would have make this a six-star rating, but otherwise, I have been very happy with the service and the price of the system I purchased.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Jill: After speaking with several solar companies, we chose Lumina. So glad we did. Chris Richardson did a great job of explaining the entire process, and they took care of everything. It was amazing how effortless this was for me. Our installation team was wonderful...very knowledgeable and efficient. I can't say enough about the whole Lumina team. Great experience, and I'm very happy with the money saving results.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lehigh County Pennsylvania by Tushar Patel: As I started solar project, I had talked to few companies, I ended up with Lumina due to few reason. It came highly recommended from few folks I knew but i'd like to evaluate myself 1st hand and I did. I synced up with Phil Jordan from Lumina. Phil was tremendous with his knowledge and answering my every questions promptly. He didn't try to sell like few other companies did. Phil and I had multiple discussion before I was satisfied and signed up. With Lumina there isn't much choice of Panel/Inverters but they're top of the shelf material. Once the permit and interconnection was approved, Lumina quickly schedule an install. I felt like their electrician - Josh, Cameron, Jimmy and Matt - and Installers Ryan and Titus - were very very knowledgeable and professional. Like Phil they took their time to explain my questions with all work and installs and other solar questions. The Job they did was through and clean. Once install was complete, Lumina again was quick to set up town inspection within a week. Overall, I am glad I choose Lumina with how ease the process was and above all the work is. I can't recommend Lumina and Phil enough for your project if you're considering going solar.

I knew very little about the realities and many questions. I was lucky enough to be teamed up to a represenative named Matt Dier. He was well.prepared, struck the right balance between asking for info before our zoom meeting, yet not overbearing. Matt spent over 90 minutes explainibg the program, the beneifits, return on investment and other variables. I did not end up purchasing, bytbthat was only because at my stage in life and ny specific needs, it did not fit. Matt took the No like a professional, and answer3d all of my questions with patience, professionalism and focusing on building client relations even at that point.
